2. Angeblich hies der Text im Ultima Online Bereich bei Grafik Lieferant Liquid Development (http://www.liquiddevelopment.com/) folgendermaßen:
Origin Systems, an Electronic Arts owned developer, has contracted Liquid Development for the past 2 years as their exclusive art provider on for their Ultima Online line of products. Our relationship with Origin Systems began with a contract to design and create the characters for Harry Potter Online, and then progressed forward as a full content provider for UO: Lord Blackthorne`s Revenge, UO: Age of Shadows, and now their next generation release of the UO franchise, due out in 2004.Dieser Text wurde aber anscheinend geändert, der letze Satz fehlt (Verschwörungs Theorien bitte jetzt :-)
3. Ein Magazin hatte folgenden Text gedruckt:
The really exciting news this month should be going public as you read this. For over a year now, Origin has been quietly woodshedding Ultima-X its new MMORPG. And it`s going to surprise you. I can`t say anything just yet except maybe three quick words: Unreal Warfare engine. Watch this one. EA surprised everyone when Battlefield 1942 showed up out of nowhere last year. They may do it again.Wir können gespannt sein und sicherlich wird in naher Zukunft genaueres bekannt sein. Evtl haben die Strategen ihren Plan geändert und halten einen Nachfolger nun doch für sinvoll (nachdem UO2 für nicht sinvoll gehalten wurde). Sony entwickelt ja zur Zeit auch ein Sequel (EQ2).
Sicher ist auf jeden Fall das *irgendwas* in Entwicklung bei OSI ist und das es wahrscheinlich ein MOG ist.
