OSI - House Claiming & Auto-refreshing

Due to the housing issues attributable to last night`s emergency publish, we continue to allow co-owners (or friends, if there are no characters on the house`s co-owner list) to claim houses owned by inactive accounts until further notice. Also, as a precaution against players losing houses, we will be re-enabling the automatic refreshing on all shards for all houses that are not Condemned at least until early next week, possibly longer. We thank you for your patience in this matter.

Demzufolge können Häuser auf inaktiven Accounts erstmal weiterhin von Zweitbesitzern und - falls keine Coowner vorhanden - Freunden des Hauses in Besitz genommen werden.
Außerdem wird das Autorefresh für alle nicht-verfluchten Häuser reaktiviert und wird mindestens bis zum Anfang der nächsten Woche laufen gelassen.
