SWG had a fantastic showing at this year`s Electronic Entertainment Expo (better known as E3). IGN has picked SWG as the Best MMOG in their Best of E3 2002 Awards (http://pc.ign.com/articles/361/361028p1.html)! It also earned runner up recognition in the Game of Show, Best Graphics and Best Presentation categories.

The month of May also saw several new screenshots (http://starwarsgalaxies.station.sony.com/media/screenshots.jsp) and wallpapers (http://starwarsgalaxies.station.sony.com/media/media.jsp) on the official website, as well as on LucasArts.com (http://www.lucasarts.com/products/galaxies/gallery.htm). Immediately following the E3 event, developers gathered to chat with fans about how it went and answer questions. You can read the transcript (http://starwarsgalaxies.station.sony.com/special_events/chat_logs/log_6.jsp) of the chat on the official SWG site as well."
